The challenge

A diversified group with a growing property portfolio needed one place for units, tenants, tenancy contracts, rent cheques and maintenance requests.

Our solution

We implemented the WIMS Real Estate Management System as a complete property ERP: viewing bookings, tenant onboarding, contracts and renewals, rent invoicing and cheque tracking, accounting, maintenance and move-out, with mobile apps for tenants and field staff.

The challenge

The finance team issues a large number of cheques. Writing payee names and amounts by hand is slow and can cause errors, and every bank uses a different cheque layout.

Our solution

We delivered cheque writing software that prints the payee name, amount in figures and words, and date directly onto the cheque. Each bank has its own custom template, matched to its cheque design. Users can print a single cheque or a full batch in one run. The enterprise version stores data on Microsoft SQL Server for multi-user finance teams; the standard version suits smaller offices.
