The challenge
Fuel is a major operating cost for a construction contractor. Medgulf needed to know how much fuel left each tanker, which vehicle or machine received it, and where consumption did not match expected usage.
Our solution
We deployed WIMS FMS to track each fuel transaction from bulk tankers to service vehicles and on to fleet vehicles and equipment. Drivers and supervisors record fuel issued and received in a role-based mobile app, while managers review consumption by vehicle and flag unusual drops in daily, weekly and monthly reports.
