ERGM (Escape Room Game Master) is escape room management software built by FocusQ for venues that run several themed rooms at once. A single Windows dashboard controls every lock, sensor, light and special effect, while networked ESP32 controllers handle the hardware in each room.
Game designers create puzzles with a visual WHEN/THEN rule builder instead of code. Game masters run each session with a countdown timer, manual overrides and a time-stamped activity log, and can open each room in its own window on a multi-monitor station.
ERGM works offline with a local database, supports DMX512 lighting and expansion modules, and is configured from a simple Excel template. More details are available at ergm.app.

ERGM (Escape Room Game Master) is escape room management software combined with ESP32 hardware controllers. It lets operators control locks, sensors, lights and DMX effects for many rooms from one Windows dashboard.
Do I need programming skills to build game logic?
No. Game logic is built with a visual WHEN/THEN rule builder. For example, when a magnetic reed switch closes, unlock the next door and change the lighting.
Does ERGM need an internet connection?
No. ERGM runs on Windows with a local SQLite database and works fully offline on your venue network.
How many rooms and devices can ERGM control?
ERGM supports unlimited rooms. Each controller provides 8 relays, 8 digital inputs and up to 512 DMX channels, and you can add more controllers and expansion modules as your venue grows.
Can ERGM run more than one room at the same time?
Yes. Each room has its own timer, rules and activity log, and can be opened in a separate window for multi-monitor setups.
